I’ve been attending Muscle Medicine for six months now, they’re all excellent at what they do and have helped with many of my running issues and general movement / posture / day to day as well. Love their work and would highly recommend to anyone

Dedicated team, yet a bit junior in experience. The place is however not relaxing at all - thin walls letting through any noise / people chatters. Also not cosy / quite cold… there are much better places here in DB if you look for a relaxing remedial massage

I am in a constant pain, my back, my hips and my knee. I live in London and Myotherapy is not really a thing, so I booked in and initially saw Steph. Steph is brilliant! She dry needled, cupped and manoeuvred to get me back to feeling great again. Then with clashing schedules and Covid, Danny fit me in with Coby, this man showed complete and utter kindness to me. Moved mountains to treat me before my flight back to the UK, and spent time researching to find the appropriate person to continue my rehab with in the UK. I cannot recommend Muscle Medicine any higher, if this review gave me the ability to leave 10 Stars, I would leave 11!!

Rudy is a fantastic practitioner, his knowledge of the body is vast and detailed. I highly recommend him if you have anything going on with you body.

As a hairdresser I am constantly on my feet and using my arms at obscure angles. Over the years this has caused neck issues that had become chronic, and had me taking painkillers regularly.Since seeing the team at muscle medicine I have stopped taking medications and am able to work pain free. They keep me moving and working!!

I’ve been so stiff and in pain for so long before seeing Amanda at Muscle Medicine. She really works hard to understand what might be the root cause of your problem and treating that.I woke up today, after my session yesterday, feeling free of pain and more mobility than I have had in such a long time. I can’t thank Amanda and the team enough.

I was in agony. Hip bursitis, radiating pain down my leg. Danni squeezed me in with Coby, the owner. They are the dynamic duo. I wanted dry needling and Coby said let's first assess and try to get you out of this acute stage of pain. Very different techniques. And it WORKED! I am going back through a plan with them. I highly recommend Muscle Medicine in Double Bay.

I was in a car accident last year and have been dealing with chronic pain in my shoulder ever since. Sleep has been a real issue but since I’ve been seeing Amanda I’ve improved so much. Everyone at the clinic is so friendly and professional. Amanda is really knowledgeable and regular massage has been a great alternative to painkillers . I highly recommend !

I've had chronic pain in my back and shoulders for over 5 years. After working with Alex for 4 sessions, the pain is barely there. I feel hopeful and empowered to manage my pain with Alex's home exercises and some follow up sessions. This was also my first time with a male therapist and I felt my body was safe and respected.
