Australia Post - Belmore LPO

I would like to thank the team at Belmore Post office, a team of likable, polite and helpful professionals. I was there in the queue and I noticed all stuff members treated everyone with smile and being very patient with customer's enquiries especially with paperwork such as passport renewals. A lady who assisted me with my passport application, I think her name was Joan. I need to say that she was one of the most friendly, amiable and helpful person I have dealt with! Highly appreciated for her effort in assisting with my enquires.

2 people work in Belmore PO .they are the rudest couple very arrogant they dont serve you because the dont know their job they have no clue .I was waiting 2 hours to get served today they were ignoring me .also this afternoon same lady was rude to another costumer. It was both about passports

Rude and shocking customer service. Sack this old Asian woman. Staff speaking so loud in front of other customers and hence no privacy. She thinks she owns all the Australia posts. Very arrogant and disrespectful staff. I will never go there again.

The staff are pleasant to deal with, however, there was a mistake made during my last visit.I went in to return an item to the vendor. I printed the barcode given to me by the vendor for return through AusPost. The AusPost staff seem to have pasted that sticker/label inside, and left the old/original shipping label (to my residence) on the outside. The package was sent to my home, instead of being sent to the vendor.

Love the fact that’s it’s never too busy compared to nearby Lakemba one. Got my Passport done with a walk-in and was a breeze, done in 10mins. Guys there know their stuff.

Incredibly rude staff. I was served by an Indian looking women on the front desk as i needed to go there to make a return. I had to use the return label that the business i used for my purchase provided me with. She scanned the wrong barcode and said that it wasent working. I then proceeded to say to try and use the other barcode and she later responded in a very arrogant tone “are you telling me how to do my job, you think you know but you don’t”. I then responded in a kind way and said that the other barcode was meant to be scanned. When she attempted it, it worked and did not apologise or anything. After it was all done she commented “now you can go, and don’t come back later”. Very arrogant lady and shouldn’t be working there if she isn’t going to have any customer service. Highly prefer the old owners.

Dear Manager,The Chinese old lady in this post office is very rude, discriminating and unprofessional. Please give her some education and training on how to show respect and professionalism to customers. I suggest she revises Australia Post’s Code of Conduct. I also made a formal complaint to Australia Post over the phone about this staff today. Happy to be contacted for further information if needed. Regards, Abdullah

I hate going here.It’s like an off-brand Aus post from the 1990’s. Think:- unorganised- non digital- drab- it’s not open on weekendsPlus- staff are lazy and incredibly rude. This is the worst part- parking is street parking only & challenging to nabI genuinely feel so annoyed and anxious when I miss a delivery, knowing I have to go here.Please clean it up.

They’re two Asian have really good customer service for me today! Every time they give easy way to the parcel! Is so helpful.

Had the worst customer service experience, got my passport photo taken but was not accepted at Roselands Auspost for my application as it was dark and bad quality so had to get it taken again.
