Disappointed - family member was gifted something they desperately needed unfortunately they were too heavy for a mature age woman. She wanted to swap for a lighter pair. Lincraft, in multiple locations, refused an exchange without the docket. She didn't want to offend the gift giver so could not ask them for the docket. Lincraft would not even offer a voucher. They refused to help her.

I went in this morning to buy buttons to fix a jeans and had a couple of different ideas how to go about it... The lady behind the counter was really helpful in guiding me on the easiest and best way to complete the job. Thank you

Always understaffed. Staff don't really want to help you and when they do it's begrudgingly. Younger staff are eager to help but don't have the knowledge. Older staff have the knowledge but don't want to help you. I really love Lincraft, but this store makes it a chore to start a hobby.

I had to buy a 20m bulk lot of fabric last week.After going to another store a few months ago to do the same thing and being treated like a hassle, I decided to drive up to Lincraft and I'm glad I did!The ladies there made me feel welcomed and were more than happy to help.This store has a really good selection of curated craft and haberdashery items, it's just a shame this is the last of the Lincraft's left on the coast!

I loved shopping there with so many specials heaps of parking and very friendly staff.

Went to buy fabric today. Ladies working there could not be bothered helping me even though I was one of a probably 4 customers in the store. The person cutting fabric chose to talk about admin in front of me with her colleague before choosing that it was important enough to serve me....talk about customer centric. I was not allowed to walk around with a pattern in my hand as they have some crazy policy re leaving it at the counter. In contrast you can walk around with other items you select elsewhere in the store. The logic defies me. Their material was crazy expensive, doesn't even justify the purchase. Their sale items are supposed to be a bargain....but clearly just marked down to make it seem like you are getting a bargain whilst everything else is inflated. I get that this is a small store but if you want to get customers returning then you might want to rethink your customer service and pricing models. Voting with my feet,might head to spotlight next time.

Unfortunately I thought this was going to be 5 star review initially.I went into store on Saturday was wanting purchase 43m of Muslin took it to the counter was informed due to staffing and how much I wanted could I come back in a couple hours after they had measured. I apologized and said ive actually come out of surgery so won’t be hanging around but can come back in on Tuesday as not currently cleared to drive or lift. I was told that would be fine and they would phone me to confirm when it was ready.Got a phone call today the lady was lovely unfortunately they only had 36m initially I wasn’t going to take it but then phoned back and. Spoke to a young sales assistant who just did not care because I couldn’t get in within their normal holding times they couldn’t hold the product. I was very disappointed considering I had been in store and wanting to purchase it then and take it then but they didn’t have the staff but now you can’t hold it one extra day than you normally would. Very disappointed.Do not recommend shopping from there when this is how you are treated.

Never returning back to this store, my fiance and I were made to feel like we were thieves for no reason. We were simply browsing the Christmas items and craft section for our upcoming wedding. When we are the only customers in the store at 5:30pm and get a security call over the PA system to go to section 5 from the employee there, it honestly made us feel embarrassed and not wanted as customers. I have worked in retail and know the security call is simply to try and stop theft as we used it in out retail and there were no security guards there at that store. We had no bags on us, just simply my wallet and keys that I was holding on to. Really disappointed.

I recently purchased my items online from this store. Very quick delivery during these times and I would like to say thank you to all staff and sales assistant Priscilla for sending my items so it got here here in no time.
