Very accommodating store and staff. Ordered a pair of slippers online for my dad, sizing didn't work but it was SO easy to exchange at the store! Staff will go above and beyond to ensure you're happy. Will definitely be back

I have purchased numerous shoes from the B store in Claremont. I have nothing to say but very positive feedback. The manager of the shop, is a very bright and chirpy young lady. She is always extremely helpful and if only every other shop had people like her!All the shoes I have purchased from here are of high quality and have lasted for many years. Come here if you want good quality products and service always with a smile.

Recently purchased a black pair of Fit Flop Vitamin sneakers 2 weeks ago. I have been wearing them constantly, they are my go to shoe now, they are lightweight and the most comfortable shoe I have ever purchased. Very stylish with a great supportive insole and fabric knit outer. I was recommended by the manager of the Claremont store on Stirling Hwy to buy this shoe as I have had feet issues such as Planta Facitus, she was very attentive to my needs, great customer service, I will shop there again and tell my family and friends of this store.

The staff stand behind the counter and even when quiet do not acknowledge you. They do not follow through while you are trying on so you have to consistently ask for more sizes. This store makes you feel like they are doing you a favor. Don’t recommend, plenty of other places to shop.

Excellent service! The staff who helped us (shoutout to Katie!) was so patient with us, despite the language barrier with my grandparents and their indecisiveness with shoe size! She even helped to customise the shoes so that they fit their feet better. Absolutely the best service I've received in a while. Thanks Katie!
