After a disastrous attempt at having Pizza delivered last time(*an hour late). I decided to try pickup. The pizza was ready on time, this time. I guess they saved time by leaving SIX INGREDIENTS off the Pizza. It didn't look like what I paid for(their Premium Pizza) and it certainly didn't taste like it should have. Don't bother, the Pizzas can be good, but this store clearly has major problems.

Ordered 1 Karaage chicken pizza and 1 garlic bread $32. Pizza was stale/burnt, tasted reheated (like when you reheat it 3 days later). Not many toppings (pic attached, the one slice has literally nothing but burnt cheese on it). No kewpie mayo, one of the main ingredients. We ordered here and paid the exhuberant price because we expected quality. So disappointed I didn't get 3 pizzas and 2 sides from somewhere else.Rang for a refund and got told I'll be called back later because they are busy.Received refund in the end, thank you.

My family ordered 3 large pizzas, it took OVER and hour. When I called up the store the person who answered the phone was very rude and blunt. I asked if our pizzas were on the way, and he didn’t know, didn’t ask for a name or for an order number. I had to make him search up our order which he probably didn’t. Overall, I’m super disappointed in the service.

I come here frequently, and it never disappoints, definitely good as a step up from the regular places. My favourite is the bonanza, then I add chorizo and hollandaise

Delicious pizza place in brisbane. Love their bbq chicken and mushroom pizza with added pesto sauce. One of the best pizzas in brisbane.
