Can you just turn up for a fasting blood test? No idea, because I've tried calling all day, 4 times now - twice the number I called ended, the other 2 times I was left 'on hold' for over 10 mins. Ridiculous and definitely not customer service focus

I do not know what some of these people are complaining about, yes the waiting room is a little small but still seats plenty of people, you are not going to the Hilton Hotel. I found the staff to be so happy, friendly and the service was great to me those are the important things.

No art works on wall. No leather recliners. BUT waiting area was sufficiently sized and clean. Staff friendly and efficient . And they provided a pathology service.

This pathology collection facility is just that. The staff are there to collect blood, that they do caringly and professionally. Why would you want to call them on the phone? As for the other criticisms about the size of the waiting area…there is room for patients! No room for hanger onerers! No room for whinging snotty nose brats….oh what a pity. Great service don’t change a thing!

Absolute joke of a place. You're not even worth my one star. Little dinky area with obvious short staff, you enter a room only to have a couple chairs, no desk for inquiries that I saw. You can ring them all day to not even get picked up. Worst pathology I have ever been to. And I didn't even get seen !!!!

These guys are amazing! Yes waiting room is small. However under the guidelines of the Pandamemic we are living in. Unless you want to get Covid than go for it. I’ve been there and staff have been abused so many times. They are just trying to do there job! You have other choices of pathology collections units. I went one day and it was a 2 hour wait. Be patient and kind we are all there for same thing. The staff still have a family to go home to!

I've always been treated well with caring and professional staff but unfortunately the facilities are sub standard. The waiting area is cramped a cramped corridor with room for just 5 people. There's nothing to look at except a bare wall just 2m away. Only 2 proceedure rooms? Not good enough with the demand so high. I think I'll be going elsewhere next time.

Would absolutely recommend for anyone with a child who is needing a blood test. The staff were very patient, amusing and kind with my 4 year old. Not a single tear shed!
