Gla is just amazing if you want an incredibly strong / deep tissue massage. She is only new there but I have seen her twice now and will keep seeing her. I asked for lots of pressure and deep tissue as that’s how I need it and she delivered 10/10 She used the best pressure and techniques to relieve all the tightness in my glutes, I work in an office and sitting all day so they get super tight to the point where I need a really strong massage, after seeing Gla they are already feeling so much better. All the ladies give the best message there and the customer service is 10/10 aswell. Additionally, I take my hat off to them for their job being so physically tiring yet they still give 100% to all of their customers who walk through the door. I am now making a booking weekly as my tightness and pain is improving significantly

My husband and I are regulars for many years. Today we experienced a very ill transaction and ill service and sadly will not return and would like to advise clearly that their website pricing does not include GST of 10% or a service charge of 1.9% if paying by any card! The criminal and almost fraudulent act of this business is that the rates have always been $85 inclusive of GST for a remedial massage and when questioned, the response from the business was submissive and just stated that the extra fees are now GST and service fees. I would have appreciated the warning when booking but more over, it’s ill form to state the price is the same but you are now adding GST all of a sudden. So what you never charged GST before!!! This is dishonest. Secondly if I’m going to pay $191 for two 60 minute remedial massages, I expect 60 minutes not 51 minutes! If you’re planning to go here, ensure you realise the pricing is NOT inclusive of GST or service fees and check the time your therapist starts and ceases your massage! Sadly, this business has offended me and my partner and have lost a substantial regular client! Tbh, the atmosphere is too noisey, staff always talking in their language and plumbing and back door slamming . I like to support local businesses but have certainly reconsidered to pay $95 for such service! Better to add an extras $10 to $15 more and go to a private spa! Business has lost my vote and should consider their business ethics! Very disappointing.

Great massage! have had 5+ massages here and they are ALWAYS consistent quality. Clean tidy venue. They listen to what you actually want done and care. Staff very friendly and efficient. Leave feeling great.

Surprised this place has a bunch of 5 stars. Clearly they have not experienced what an amazing professional massage place is actually like. We booked for a couples massage over the phone, requested a single room for the both us, to be told they don’t provide that when we arrived. Extremely rude and abrupt receptionist. Great sales tactic, to lure people in. Giving them the benefit of the doubt, still went for the massage, which was to relax and unwind, not for the staff to be talking and laughing to each other across the hall, in their own language. Very inappropriate, and not a relaxing environment. The lights were on the entire time, freezing cold bc they don’t put a blanket on you. My massager had no focus, energy or relaxing rhythm. she seemed like she was day dreaming and would forget the pressure or where to massage next, all she wanted to do is to get the hour finished and over with. During the entire session I was agitated and frustrated. Maybe the owner of this business cares to take my complaint into consideration to better the experiences of his customers, however if I can save one person their money, i am happy!! I would of been relaxed and happy giving my money i spent their to charity.
