Used John's rent-a-workshop service (what a great idea!) to do some drivetrain maintenance. John has a great workshop and all the right tools for doing the job quickly and easily. John is also a super nice guy and it was great to chat about bikes and have a coffee whilst working on my bike. Would highly recommend Neutral Service!

Thrilled with the service we received from Neutral Service. Bike was in a very bad state and was as as good as new when we collected it on completion of repairs. John kept us in the loop with issues that were identified and needed remedy, and work was completed to an exceptionally high standard for a very reasonable fee. My bike needed some TLC and didn't quite know how I was to get my bike to Mooloolaba so I googled repairs near me and was lucky to find Neutral Service who operates in my suburb. I received immediate service and found the owner friendly, polite and efficient. Needless to say my bike is performing well and I would recommend anyone seeking bike repairs to give the owner a call. I needed an adjustment to my gears and rear derailleur and contacted John. He was super responsive with such a short notice. He went the extra mile and reallly spent time on the bike. He gave me a very accurate diagnosis on what was the bike problem. Amazing quality and super professional and friendly.I definetely recommend John's work!!!!

Friendly and experienced, joint discussion on what was needed to overcome my mechanical problem and no sales pitch. He even went above and beyond in doing a few things to tidy up the bike - very impressive and greatly appreciated. I'll be back
