We gifted the Millie Cubby from Hide and Seek Kids to our daughter for her second birthday and we are so in love! The painting process was lengthy, but that was to be expected to apply adequate coats to protect the longevity of the cubby. Assembly was straightforward. The design is adorable and the available add-on accessories make these the most gorgeous cubbies on the market. My little one loves it so much already! Thank you Hide and Seek!

We recently purchased the Oscar cubby house and couldn't be happier with the delivery and standard of the product we received. The instructions were clear to follow and it makes a perfect feature in our children's play area. We can't wait to watch our children play, learn and grow in their new cubby house.

The double cubby bed is absolutely perfect and exactly what I was looking for when transitioning my baby from cot to bed. We wanted something low enough to the ground that he could safely enter and exit but also still stylish. Beautiful quality and workmanship. If all that wasn't enough to sell you on this company, there's even more to love. The customer service is next level! My husband accidentally screwed all the way through the centre beam and when I asked if I could purchase another one from the company, they said absolutely and just sent it out straight away. Honestly, once our baby is older we'll be back for an outside cubby. Hide & Seek Kids will now be the first place I check when looking for anything kids related. Thank you again!

We purchased ‘The Play Gym’ for my sons second birthday and it is amazing! It’s the perfect gift for a little boy with loads of energy to burn and he gets the perk of a cubby house underneath where he can hide with the dogs. I couldn’t recommend it more if I tried, just in time for summer fun!

We absolutely love our Oscar cubby house! We did the Christmas layby option which we thought was so great for a hectic time of year. My husband and I assembled the cubby in 4 hrs and had no troubles at all, instructions were really great! Our 18month old is obsessed with this cubby, she manoeuvres up and down it easily and it’s nice and open with plenty of space.

Most amazing experience purchasing our first cubby playground from Hide and seek kids! The cubby was very easy to set up, you do paint it but that doesn’t take too long and building is actually very simple. We can’t wait for all the kids to enjoy it.

We had a very poor experience with our cubby.We paid a professional painter to paint our cubby prior to assembly. He used house grade high quality exterior paint and primed every surface first.... That wasn't enough to save it. The wood is just rotting and it is falling apart. Its not just rotting in 1 place.. its the roof, the balcony, the main support underneath. Its all over!The location of the cubby was in a VERY well drained position because we had our yard completely landscaped prior to installing the cubby. With professional landscapers putting in proper drainage around the entire yard area of the cubby - within a raised garden bed.Please... tell me how I was supposed to do MORE to ensure the longevity of this product? We followed all of the instructions on the painting and maintenance page of their website... but apparently its our fault?We are now in the position of needing to pull it down and take it to the tip as its completely unsafe.Ill be making a formal complaint to the ACCC. The Australian Consumer Law (ACL) creates a basic set of guarantees (or rights) for consumers who acquire goods. One of these guarantees is that the goods will be of “acceptable quality”. This guarantee includes that goods will be durable as a reasonable consumer would regard as acceptable. A good purchased is expected to be durable enough to perform its intended function(s) for a reasonable amount of time.I'd expect a cubby house to last more than 3 years and I think that's reasonable.The Hide and Seek response which you can see below...was that I didnt look after it and maintain it so its our fault. Purchasing something that is designed to sit OUTSIDE and IN THE ELEMENTS ... 100% of the time... but I need to put a cover over it to not let it get wet? An absolutely absurd suggestion.

We purchased a hide and seek cubby not even 2.5 years ago. We painted it according to instructions (took forever the week leading up to Christmas), even purchased the dulux paint that they suggested. It’s now completely rotting. I don’t think this acceptable for a product that cost us over $1300. Very disappointed.
