i live at illawong and in the last 4 days we had a crew of 6 staff to fix the same problem, we were in the dark for over 13 hours and they could not fix the problem, useless is not strong enough word to describe ausgrid , get some one that knows what they doing, iam sure they accumulate a lot of double and triple times $$$ , get your act together AUSGRID or get out.

Disappointed.Not a single elf, dragon or unicorn to be found anywhere in the building.I tried casting a portal spell to bring forth a level 120 demon but I was told demon summoning was not allowed within the premises. No wonder there was so little mana to be found.At that point, I demanded my admission fee back, but I was told I hadn’t paid one and to leave before they called the police. They also told me to put some clothes on. Just terrible!1 out of 10Will visit again.

This business is all about making money. Management Ill-prepared for a crisis in their core business.

I just had a call from a technician outside my home, investigating a power pole and a clicking noise, coming from the neighbour’s house.He was very rude, and had a misogynistic attitude towards me.He said the pole was fine, and when I asked him if it was authorised, he said he had no background information. So I told him I would ring Ausgrid the following day, to find out if the pole was authorised.He then told me there was no clicking sound. I told him the sound happens at night. He eventually found the clicking sound, which was a damaged gas meter. He said the neighbour wouldn’t hear the noise.This is irrelevant, because we hear the clicking noise on the street. Initially, he didn’t believe me when I said there was a clicking noise.His attitude was deplorable, patronising andarrogant, and so different to the person at Ausgrid, who took my call. This person was kind and listened to what I said, and believed me.

They are now installing mini substations all over the place for 4g and 5g small cells, they make a horrible hum noise that can be heard for a good 100 metres. When asking them to fix it they don't care at all. It's so stressful the side of my face has gone numb.

Impossible to get through to customer service over the phone. Their phone options lead to dead ends.

directly disconnected my electricity without any reminder or notice and take long time to reconnect. It is a very disgusting company
