So very happy that I chose Tower Audio Moorabbin for my car audio upgrade.Chris was so helpful and understanding of my needs.I could not find another provider of this service, and I did search extensively, that was willing to inform me in such detail, and in a manner that I could understand.Chris took the time to explain all the outcomes and possibilities to me, and he quoted me a very fair price that he stuck to, even though he provided a few extras.It pays to check out small businesses, rather than just going with the bigger companies that are often profit oriented rather than service oriented. I am so glad I did.My car is now audio compliant, (that means no fines) with all the whizz-bang you could think of.Thank you so much Chris and Tower Audio Moorabbin.

Nice waiting room. Great selection of car magazines. This guy certainly knows his stuff. I'm rapt with my new Pioneer & Hertz sound system (CD Tuner, Amp, 4 Speakers & Subby) for $4000 fitted in my Falcon. I'm looking forward to some long cruises along the east coast with this. Chris at Tower Audio is fantastic, a true lover and executor of car audio installs ( albeit he can come across as having a quirky bedside manner. But I suspect that is from years of having to deal with unreasonable customers? ) I've now had him put two new audio units into both my cars, and without question it was the best investment I've put into these cars. Chris is so honest he'll more likely down sell you an audio unit if he thinks what you need is not what you have in mind. Always been there to reset some glitch after the battery has been disconnected without hesitation or charge. Go there with the attitude of getting the best for your car and you won't be disappointed.

Chris installed a new audio system and rear camera in my Hyundai I30. He has a great knowledge of different systems and I am so happy with the new one he recommended. Chris did a great job and I would highly recommend using his service.

Fantastic work in fitting wireless Apple carplay and reversing camera to two cars. The attention to detail was perfect and the job was extremely professional. Chris solved a very technical problem to interface to an old car radio and persevered until it worked perfectly. He also setup the unit completely, including colour matching the buttons, adjusting the unit's auto tilt and tuning in all the radio stations. He also ensured that the overall wiring was hidden and improved some existing wiring. His training on how to use the system was comprehensive. Completely recommended and I am being quoted some additional work already

Needed a head unit with mapping on it for my RAV4 and Chris took the time to explain several units to me and directed me to a Pioneer unit. I am extremely happy with my purchase and Chris's expertise! Had my Ute in there over a year ago wrong speakers where installed to what I was quoted for. 2 days later speakers where crackling found out the wiring was not done properly. Also found damage done to my door trim internally. I’ve redone the complete system in the car including a head unit subs and amp along with bigger speakers I would not recommend Chris work to anyone very rough job.

Purchased a 2nd hand 2017 prado a year ago had a complicated audio system with rear drop down screen. It stopped working.Did a little research and found Chris from Tower audio. I read the reviews and expected pretty good service.The reviews are true, Chris is not only concise in communication, not for a millisecond did I think he wasn’t on the level. A true professional who provides great service and a superior product.Will NEVER go anywhere else.Thank you Chris
