I requested simple curtain bangs and the hairdresser at S+S delivered exactly what I had in mind. Super happy with the results and will definitely go back!!

I asked for a slightly alternative harstyle. The hair dresser sounded surprised but agreed, so I assumed it wouldnt be a stretch. I wish she had just asked for a reference photo (Natalie dormer side shave with a trim to the rest of my hair) or declined if it was going to make her that uncomfortable. I would have been happy to go to a barber or try another salon if I'd know she was going to phone it in for 15 bucks and do a dodgy job, I expect a hair dresser to be able to shave the side of a head without also cutting a bunch the hair above the shave line. Hina did my hair today, I showed her a few reference photos and she did an amazing job! My hair turned out exactly how I wanted it, she took her time with making sure that the tidy up and cut was even and communicated with me what she was planning on doing throughout. I was a bit nervous at first since I’ve been growing my hair out for a few years but I was so happy with how my cut turned out :)

I've only been here a couple of times, but I'm always satisfied. I've experienced a few cuts and a hair treatment. Very satisfied with all.Also, the prices are decent.Definitely recommend if you're in need of quality and reasonably priced hair procedure.

We have been going here for years now. They were great at the beginning, did decent jobs for adult and kids. But then it got worse every time we went, now they can’t make a simple fringe cut properly, the hair treatment is nonexistent.

I went to this hair salon twice and I am happy with my styling and price. All staffs are professional and approachable. Hina knows what she’s doing and listen to what I want. It’s nice they offer tea/coffee as well so I can relax while getting my hair done. They also offer kids hair cut for free/very cheap so I want to bring my child next time.

The biggest mistake I've ever done with my hair is coming here. Can't say where to begin. They make you sit on left over hair. Secondly, they don't ask what color needs to be applied or not even a chance to ask what hair color brand is used. Any allergies or anything. I should've run away without looking back at this stage. I believe the hairdresser is an intern or is learning. And you can get your face coloured for free along with your hair. Such a bad place and a bad job done. $58 is not worth dragging them legally down. That is how they get away with it.Oh! And their replies to the reviews are hilarious. They say contact us and we will do something about it. Never knew you could get your hair back to original if you complained about bad job done.

Worst possible outcome. Zero talent, Zero communication skills, Zero customer service. They did not offer me to fix my awful hair colour they created due to miscommunication

Took my daughter for a hair wash cut and braid and I will let the results speak for themselves in the pictures. Our hairstylist seemed to not be able to speak English or she didn't want to talk. She also cut off ALOT more than we had asked, burnt my daughters head with the blow dryer and for and the whole experience took 90 minutes which is totally unacceptable for a basic cut and braid. We won't be back.
