On the Bay Apartments

Maryanne was a great host. The appartment was a pleasure to stay in and the view from the balcony was beautiful. Easy walk to the shops and great for a night stroll.

Friends were staying for the long weekend. Nice and best apartment. Close to everything. They were happy with the ground floor apartment but would have been happier to have been up a bit higher with a view. At $200 a night for two bedrooms on the ground floor they thought it was a bit on the expensive side.

Was told about the apartments from friends and it was amazing so much space and huge balconies will definitely be back.. Could not recommend highly enough.

Excellent location, walking distance to bowls club, extra walking distance to RSL , this helps taking off some puddin' around the girth and always works up a thirst.Across the road is a calm waterway beach, for fishing, paddling, canoeing, boating, burying granma in the sand.

Very large, clean and well equiped apartment. Excellent location. Marianne was very helpful and welcoming. Will definitely stay here again when visiting this beautiful island.

I highly recommend this apartment block. Marianne was so lovely and helpful with all aspects of booking and during our stay. We loved the location (close to the beach, playground, shops). The apartment was huge, comfortable and well kept. I would stay here again.

Was a really nice apartment that was really clean and had nice views. Only took off a star because we didn't sleep, there was a locked room/cupboard with an open window in it in our apartment so the door rattled and banged all night and the ceiling had no soundproofing to the upstairs apartment so the toilet etc was very loud

This is our fourth stay in these apartments and we are extremely happy with the absolute cleanliness, large size of the apartments as well as water views and extremely helpful management who see to our every needs. Fabulous walks and coffee shops plus close to all conveniences. Lovely restful and peaceful place to relax and enjoy the amenities.

Marianne, Apartments Manager, was very welcoming, friendly and helpful.Apartment was lovely. Clean, well maintained, spacious and with full amenities. Bedding was very comfortable. Water views from balcony. Secure parking for vehicle. Close to cafes and restaurants.My husband and I would stay again. Highly recommend.

I tried to book accommodation by returning to the manager an email asking for account details and said she could text or email the account details but did not receive a reply.Phoned Saturday 2 days after the initial contact where I left a message on their mobile telling them I was going to put up a bad review and was surprised they were in business if this was how they conduct themselves.Received a call within minutes of leaving a message.The manager said she had sent 2 emails but I didn't receive funny how these emails didn't arrive but the first one did.You did have my mobile and I did say you could ring or text.We won't be going to these apartments in the future and hope the management learns to follow up on enquiries.
