Unfortunately we found these bikes are in need of some TLC, making for a very uncomfortable ride. The locks were also inoperable with the code we were given. A piece fell off one bike and we had to find someone with a van to drive it back to Mutts. We were told we would get a refund for the 4 days of hire, but so far only the deposit has been returned.On a good note, the cafe you hire from has good food and the staff were friendly.

Emma was very helpful and also gave me some useful advice for traveling. Would highly recommend using Emma's city bikes to travel around Exmouth.

Wonderful customer service through Emma. Bikes were located at a convenient location and super fun and easy to ride. Would highly recommend Somebody’s bike when heading up to Exmouth. Will definitely be hiring again!

Good because exmouth is very remote, we rode 26km roundtrip to the aerodrome and it was good. Bikes are showing signs of wear and tear though. Return of security deposit was automatic after a few days
