Awesome subway, everything was tasty and nice overall the food was awesome. Staff were rude but I was here on a long weekend so it was likely a one off as in previous visits they were always nice.

This Subway has great staff they listen to how you want your sub made. The store is clean and also allows a refill of your fountain drink. Always happy to stop as I go through Ayr to grab a meal.

Love subway but they really need to explain their website better with what you actually get. I needed catering done for wake, how you read the catering structure & how you actually order are very confusing & VERY misleading, please restructure your website so people can know what they actually gonna get before going into a store & order. Food was great as usual & at $250 there was plenty

Was overcharged for my lunch today. Called to let them know and was spoken to by an uncaring staff member who offered no apology or credit. Whatever happened to good customer service? Other than that, the veggie delite was good, but expensive.

Clean and friendly, prompt service although they were pretty busy. Well organized too. Left my hat behind and they're taking good care of it until family can collect it for me.
