Insulation Essentials

Can’t rate these guys enough. Needed to upgrade the ceiling and underfloor insulation in one of my properties and shopped around, they came back with the best pricing for materials and labour. The installers were fast and efficient.

The service from the quote through ordering and delivery of our roof insulation was excellent. We really appreciated the regular updates and the extra advice that we sought. The price was right, too.

I waited three days for them to call me back to say whether or not they can get me a particular insulation batt from their supplier. The batt is advertised on the Insulation Essentials website, but they don't have it in stock. I've followed up 3 times and each time they tell me they're waiting to hear back from their supplier. In the meantime I've spoken to their supplier (of Bradford Polymax insulation) twice. The supplier picks up the phone promptly and they have stocks of what I need. Rather than say, 'your order is too [small/unprofitable/difficult/whatever] for us to bother with', Insulation Essentials has seemingly chosen to waste my time. Fortunately I've found a more helpful retailer who is happy to help.

It was a great experience doing business with Insulation Essentials. Being from the construction industry I can vouch that they have the most competitive prices that I have ever come across. Very professional and punctual. I got the entire sub floor and internal walls insulated with soundscreen batts and they have done a tremendous job. Brilliant. Ordered Friday afternoon and the insulation was delivered first thing to Ballarat on Monday. Got an email Monday morning letting me know the delivery was on its way, then a friendly phone call to advise it was 20 minutes away. Exceptional customer service. Highly recommend!
