Highly recommend Franks Automotive. Had it booked for a rego check and log book service. Picked my car up to find they had washed, polished and cleaned the inside too. They took great care and cost of service was excellent. The staff are really friendly too. Thanks Billy for a wonderful job on my little car.

I’ve come here twice, on two separate occasions under hefty last minute circumstances.I’m beyond grateful they could take my car in! Customer service oriented mechanical workshop that’s been around for a while in Marrickville. Have had two services with Franks and point of difference for me is the follow up call after bringing the car in for a service. It is transparent and honest in advice before work is carried out. They call to advise when it’s ready (which has been drop it off in the morning and collect by close of the day) for a safety, pink slip and regular logbook service. Also includes a detail of inside and outside the car which is a nice touch. Continue this!A suggestion would be creating branded merchandise such as freshener, caps or shirts would have it cemented as a local institution. I would recommend it to others and see being a customer for the foreseeable future. Cheers!

I was recommended Franks about 3 years ago. Wouldn't go anywhere else now. The premises are clean and efficient. Staff are awesome and just go the extra mile to help out. They assisted me finding a spare window selector switch box, did a thorough inspection after I hit a motorcycle helmet (long story - no head in it, thankfully!), always do a great service and even leave me with a clean vehicle.Prices are also very competitive inc tyres!Thanks guys.
