The lady who is the 'Director & Leader' of the company was great up until the off the plan contract was signed and the deposit was paid. After that, it's sad to say she exhibited typical property/real estate agent behaviour . She had been deliberately ignoring home buyers once she had the deposit paid (this has been tested and proven numerous times). She was terrible in providing the monthly construction updates and estimated completion time updates that she promised as well. Sure enough though, she was eager to make contact again once it was time to settle the rest of the funds. This is unacceptable for someone in who is in the profession of selling such high value and highly priced item.

All I can say is THANK YOU to Melinda Allamby and her team. I had a development with another agency that did not perform. I gave to Melinda at MSL Property and not only did she redesign all marketing, but increased the prices and sold out within 3 months. Her team now manages the building as well.
