Having just relocated my 94 year old mother-in-law to Queensland to live with us and embarked on finding the best home care package agency for her care. I rang four or five agencies and when I rang Kerryn from Coastal Home Care I found a lot of my questions and concerns answered. Kerryn arranged to come out to meet my mother in law before we even signed any contracts. I can't speak highly enough of this agency. The commitment to the care provided. We moved to coastal home care recently and have been amazed by the service from Kerryn and her staff. My father has been on a home care package with a large provider on the coast for the last 2 years and we have received more from coastal home care in 6 weeks than we did in 2 years with the other provider. It is the personal touches and real caring that makes a difference. We are very happy and would thoroughly recommend this company

Kerryn and the team deliver gold standard care...with a smile!After a poor performance from a large provider we switched to Kerryn and i cant thank her enough for picking up the ball at short notice. And she kicked it out of the park!Kerryn is fabulous. Communication is excellent, the carers are wonderful and the management team have made my life as a full time carer so much easier.
