P&N Bank - Cashless Service Hub

I have been with P&N Bank for over 20 years and will NEVER leave. There are staff at my local branch that have been there nearly as long, which is a blessing. Having worked for the competition" in my younger days

Went into my local branch earlier this week and asked the female teller to photocopy some documents to support our housing loan application made the day before. She told me she was too busy and to come back later that day or even the next morning.!!!!!!!!!! Have written to the branch manager to resolve this and am yet to hear from him. So - maybe the staff are too busy to servethe banks customers. I guess the next step will be a visit to Head Office and/or a letter to the CEO.Not Happy.20/2/15 pm. Just been contacted by the branch manager with apologies for the above service.Glad to know that they do take customer service seriously. Hopefully should never happen again.

I spoke to the staff at the Morley branch about an investment possibly and asked on behalf of a friend of mine who wanted to take advantage of their low interest home loan. The treatment of my friend by this bank has been disgusting. I am so embarrassed I encouraged him to get involved with this bank. Their loans officer is in the wrong job, maybe he should apply for a prisons officers job where he can get away with talking to people like they are peasants. After weeks of broken promises he is still waiting for a valuation. And would any right-minded person invest in a bank with this attitude...pass.

Been P & N Bank which was Police and Nurses Credit Society for 41 years. Have watched the service fall to below service value particularly in the insurance section. Wrote to the General Manager with a particular concern and was fobbed off by some person in a contact centre in writing via e mail. Typical, go to bank and be like a bank....corporate dollar....not customers matter. Goodbye P&N. There was no star below one.

Used to be fantastic, recently they have developed a can't do" mentally where it is now just painful to try and do anything with them. Call centre is a nightmare and I'm constantly running around to appease their stupid requests. Need to remember who the paying customer is..."

Recent changes to P&N Mobile app have destroyed it... EVERY TIME a change occurs login becomes impossible.I can't recall how many such issues but far too many! Sick of having to visit branch, will transfer to another bank after years of great service... WHO in management thought the new system was a good idea???

The worst banking customer service received from help and support in my entire life. All i wanted to do was update my telephone number in my online account but i was unable to. So i call the general help line and the lady at the other end was grumpy, loud and unhelpful. She made me feel like i was an imposter trying to take someone else's money.She told me that in order to update my telephone number, i have to give her a number". I questioned what number? and she said a number you gave us when when you created an account with us

Mortgage brokers are bunch of scammers.Watch what documents you sign as they forge your signature and increase the interest rates without clients’s permission.Absolutely disgusted and disappointed.
