We had a burst water pipe in our house, we called Purity Plumbing after hours and we had Blake come out, he rectified our water and didn't charge an arm and a leg, highly recommend the team.

Five out five stars!! Blake from Purity Plumbing came out to our home to deal with a blocked sewerage pipe at 4.30 this afternoon. He'd been working all day when I called yet you wouldn't know it. He arrived when he said he would, was professional, efficient and thorough. Unlike some plumbers he was good enough to give me a price beforehand and he stuck to this figure. Will definitely use again. Thanks heaps Blake.

We cannot recommend Purity Plumbing highly enough!!! We needed storm-water drainage installed for our house after the February 2022 floods and were finding it a nightmare to get help. People either just didn't turn up, or quoted ridiculous prices. From quotation to completion, Blake and his team did an excellent job! They were always on time, easy to deal with and cleaned up once the job was done.We would definitely use them again!

Would highly recommend Blake and his team, very neat installation work, did a great job of cleaning up, came in with the best quote but also provided the clearest and most detailed information about the work. Was on time, responded promptly to texts and phone calls. We had to move our washing machine out of the laundry to provide access for removing our old hot water system, he moved it back and reconnected for us when his work was done - great customer service.

Blake and Nathan were excellent, professional and by far some of the best tradesman I have ever done business with in a very long time.They came out to give me a quote, explained the issues, provided a on the spot pricing and did the work in the same morning.Highly recommend them and will be using them in the future!

Had a drain blocked on my property, causing toilets to back up.Blake was able to ascertain the cause and clear the blockage quickly and with minimal fuss. Very grateful for his support to resolve the issue and restore functionality as it was an after hours visit.

Blake was who took my call was super friendly and relieved me of the burden so of managing my property remotely. Craig was so quick in detecting the leak that two other builders and RACQ Insurance couldn’t find. Super patient with explaining everything (I have no mechanical aptitude at all) and continuously reassured my insecurities with knowledge and experience. The transparency with costs and no hidden charges was super unexpected and a breath of fresh air in my experience of having three rental properties. This coupled with his can do attitude definitely built rapport and consumer confidence in Purity Plumbing’s services.

I contacted Purity Plumbing after hearing good reviews about them and am so pleased I did. The service was excellent and I cannot fault the workmanship and communication. The price was reasonable and Craig, the plumber who carried out the work, was very accommodating and explained the job every step of the way. Very professional. I can highly recommend this company.
