I wouldn't recommend shopping here. I spent quiet a lot of money buying an osprey bag and received a $20 voucher. On a different occasion I went to use this and the manager was so rude. He would only let me claim $10.

Ok gear, but not a lot of variety. The real reason for this review of 2 stars is mostly around their shipping.It's been 12 days now that I ordered a simple pair of gloves and they still have not arrived AND must be signed for. (I'm pretty sure the Warehouse and my address are in the same state)! Versus, a purchase from Banana Fingers in the UK arriving in 5 days and they leave the package in a safe place!!!Come on guys, sort this out or we will soon all be shopping online from abroad buying better brands at cheaper prices with shorter wait times for deliveries...

I visited the store recently to be fitted for a pack. Demelza helped me make my choice and I was very impressed with the depth of her knowledge and her passion for the product. She not only adjusted and adjusted the pack until it fit me like a second skin, but she showed me ALL of its bells and whistles! I was there for the members’ sale, there was an issue with my account and although the store was super busy, Sean and Demelza stayed on it until it was sorted, and they did so patiently and efficiently. Sean then gave me some useful tips for the tent I also bought that day. But that’s not all! I ordered an out of stock bike waist pack which I hoped would arrive by the following weekend. I called the store on Monday and Tom tracked down my order and promised to do his best to get it to me in the week. The waist pack arrived on Wednesday!! I’m so impressed with the in-store and follow up service I received by these three stars of the Brisbane team. I got what I paid for, top quality gear and service to match. Even though it is 200km from my home, I will be back to this store, for sure … worth the trip for service like this!

I recently bought my third piece of Osprey luggage here- the Sojourn 80 wheeled back pack. I received great attention, patience and advice from the sales person. She worked through all the options with me, and I landed on Osprey again. I have always received great service here and they have a good range of products.

We are transitioning from camping to hiking so really don’t have much idea about what we need for the treks we have planned over the next 12mths. Enter Elliot. Elliot, you were fantastic mate. Elliot’s passion for hiking was infectious, just what we needed to supercharge our own enthusiasm for new adventures. Elliot spent I reckon about 1.5 hrs with my wife, daughter & I unpacking all that we needed to attack out treks. No pressure, no sales tactics, just genuine advice. Kudos to you, Elliot. We will be back to spend.

I was served by Gen on Saturday morning and she was absolutely amazing in helping my purchase of a sleeping mat! I asked many questions about the mats and her personal experience, despite her mentioning that she had just returned from time off, she was very knowledgeable and happy to share. Fantastic service, she is an absolute asset!

Very disappointed . I purchased my hiking boots here three years ago and the guy serving me was great. Walked into the store yesterday and completely ignored for over seven minutes while two assistants didn’t even look up from their computers . One other assistant was helping someone at the counter , but the rule of thumb in retail is , acknowledge the shopper in the store before the computer . Went just a few stores down , greeted immediately and asked did we need assistance .

Went in store to buy a pair of Salomon boots. Elliot took the time to show me a great lacing method and offered his advice on my next adventures. Very Appreciated!!
