Elders Real Estate

This is not a great agency to deal with. I live in one of the rented places managed by this agency and had highlighted some issues since my last inspection on 19.02.2019. It’s been almost 4 weeks and I have still not heard back about when this issue would be resolved, I have already sent 3 follow-up emails till now. On 10.03.2019 while opening the door of the house the key got stuck in the main door. I tried to retrieve it but in vain so I called the agency on 12.03.2019 as they would open after the Adelaide Cup day and the lady at the reception advised that she would pass on this message but still now I have heard nothing. I am scared for the safety of my family to include the children as if they accidentally lock the door from the inside they would be unable to open the same and what if someone tried to break into the house as we are unable to lock the same. Really poor service experienced as I have been living at that place for more than 5 years now.Dear Cat,Thank you for your help and support in relation to the issues raised above. I have dealt with real estate agents for over 15 years as both a landlord and a tenant and my real estate agent, Cat Meredith of Glenelg Elders Real Estate, SA, has been the best I have ever had! She has gone above and beyond expectations time after time during the past 5 years that I have been a tenant in a Henley Beach property that she has managed. I have had my unit managed by Elders Glenelg for about 12 years. I have never had any reason to be less than satisfied and pleased with the service and expertise provided. My experience with all of the staff over this period has been nothing short of exceptional.

I have been chasing these guys for the rental income on my property since January 2022 and they still haven't paid yet. I've had to take them to court. Use them at your own risk.

I've been renting through Elders Glenelg for the past 5 years and in this time they have been really great and made things super easy. Cat has been my property manager and she is the ultimate professional. She always looks out for her tenants and her communication skills are excellent. I would highly recommend her to anyone.

What can I say? Well I can say a lot about lovely Cat. She is the best property manager one could ever ask for. She really did go above and beyond her role and was such a delight to deal with. I didn’t have to worry about a thing as she was so reliable and honestly such a delight to communicate with. I highly recommend anyone looking for a property manager to get in contact with her.
