Our cat Molly is always in good caring hands at the Essendon Clinic. She’s had a few procedures at the clinic and she is always taken care of. The vets are very caring and I’m always left feeling confident in their knowledge and recommendations.

Cat got a infected scratch on her tail, $800-900 later she still has the same issue. Along with being upsold throughout the entire journey. It’s been an ongoing issue for over 3 months. What a disaster.

My cat turns feral around strangers but the nurses and vets are always gentle and careful with her. I can trust that she'll be taken care of when I have to leave her there for procedures. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable, and go out of their way to make sure you know what's happening and any after-care requirements. The follow up call the next day is appreciated as you can ask any questions you forgot while at the clinic. They seem to genuinely love animals (including the difficult ones) and do everything they can to help them.

We have been going to this clinic for years now (1dog, 2 cats) the staff have always gone above and beyond with our senior dog (Jellyroll 17 y.o). The care she receives is amazing, they have improved her quality of life without a doubt. All the staff are friendly and knowledgeable.Even with a pandemic they make time when possible. Please be kind to your vet they are all trying their best with so many people getting pets during lockdowns, they are trying their best to keep up with the influx of new clients.Thank you again for years of quality care

We love the team at Essendon vets and have been going for 6years. They have been great caring for our 10yo GSD and now a new puppy. We always feel listened to and provided with options for care. They were great during the lockdown and we are happy to see them back on site after the renovations.

We have recently moved to the area and were searching for a new Vet to take our precious cat Tiddles to. We have just had our first appointment and the team were kind and very caring looking after her. Our veterinarian was very knowledgable and answered all of our questions, we felt comfortable with her taking our cat away for a blood test and injections. The receptionist was also really lovely and able to answer lots of questions about pricing. Their 'best for pet' program is also really great. We are very glad that we chose this Veterinary practice to take her to.

This clinic is fantastic for your pets! Their loving caring nature is seen in every interaction each staff member has with animals. They have recently had a renovation and now have very separate designated areas for cats and dogs. It was very calming to take my cats into a clinic room that dogs had not been in before (so no ‘doggy smell’ to upset them). The staff and facilities are second to none! Thank you to all the wonderful staff at this veterinary clinic, for all the loving work that you do!
