Expensive Ripoff!!!Went here earlier today to buy 5 Rainbird R-Van sprinkler heads. Went to pay and was asked to cough up $194 for them, or close to $39 each. I said to the lady serving me that cannot be right, she said yup that's the price no mistake. I said to her no way are they worth that much you can keep them, to which I got well I don't set the price.I appreciate buying in-store over as a non trade retail customer I would be paying a premium, but that price is pure price gouging.Online they can be brought for $11.50 each, or as low as $10.70 each in lots of 10 with free delivery. And at other bricks and mortar shops retail customers can buy them over the counter for under $20. This is exactly what I did, I went to another specialist shop in Canberra and paid $96 for 5. That is under HALF the price Reece wanted.Based on this experience I will not buy a single thing from Reece again as I have no doubt their other products have a similar retail markup.

Needed a sink strainer seal, not available individually, have to purchase a whole 90 mm to 50 mm sink plug fitting and replace whole fitting to fix a leaky seal. At least the had the correct one in stock.

I have made 2 visits in the last fortnight to Reece Irrigation Belconnen and was served on both occasions by a young man named Jessie. His customer service was outstanding and knowledge of products also impressive. I would highly recommend visiting the team at Belconnen
