WA Whitegoods Repair

Initially came to my house and diagnosed issue with fridge ($148). I was informed a part was required which would take 5 working days. A month later, and at least one contact request, have not heard from them again. Poor service.

First time we used them they were very professional and fixed what was a blocked hose. Second time around not so helpful, we explained the problem over the phone, he then came to our home, 2 minutes later tells us it was indeed unfixable. I think he knew it wasn't fixable in the first place just wanted the $110 call out fee! Let this be a lesson to others out there.

Over priced, very expensive for the service I recieved, virtually cost the price of half a new washing machine for a new hose, thumbs down to you

I would not trust these guys. Called up and quoted the fault code displayed on my washing machine. I already knew it was a controller fault. When I talked to the guy on the phone he said that it could be multiple things so I allowed them to come to my place thinking they would be able to fix it. They charged me 180 dollars to tell me it was a controller fault and they would have to order the part in.Do not trust these guys.

Spent more money than I'd like to admit on a fridge and I was getting crazy quotes to fix it just because it was an expensive make/model. Anyway, got Phil over to have a look at it and he fixed what I thought was going to be a headache within 30 minutes. Really reasonable pricing too. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend him!

These guys are a rip off. My mum knew the fridge seal needed replacing so she rang up explained that and asked for someone to come out.to replace the sealPhillip and his apprentice came out chargedHer145 dollars call out and told her your fridge seal needs replacing but we will have to come back. She already knew that!He then altered the balance legs so it sat forward and the door couldn't close and try to tell her the door hinges were gone too!They left, fixed nothing and sent her a quote of nearly 300 bucks to come back to replace the seal and fix the hinges in addition to the 145 bucks already paid!I organised someone else. 200 bucks callout plus seal and balance the legs. That is what should have happened the first time Phillip!.

Paid $155 for a call out fee and they told me what I already knew.Emailed me a few days later charging me $126 for a part which I later sourced myself for $35. They do not respond to emails or messages
