Outstanding service from Paul Rowe !I needed some locking handles for my aluminium sliding windows (to comply with home insurance policy)I thought it would be a tricky job trying to get the right ones.I called the G James office and was given Paul's email address. 30 mins after sending my email to him, he called and said he had the parts in stock and also sent me a picture by text to confirm they were the correct handles.I was pretty impressed. I thought it would take a large company a good amount of time to come back to me on such a small request.The next day I picked up the handles from the factory and they were sitting ready for me neatly packed in a plastic bag with my name on them.Paul was a lovely, helpful chap and it was great to get things done so smoothly. The handles fit perfectly. Thank you Paul, you are a credit to your company with your after sales customer service.

There’s absolutely no spare parts available any more for their doors or windows. We need rubber seal that is used for our bifold doors. They told our daughter that they don’t sell any accessories or parts any more and they fobbed her off to other places that don’t sell their special rubber seals either. Avoid buying their products and go somewhere that supports their products.

I have G James's Awining in High rise need to replace the Latches.Spoke to Michael at reception they have the Blck o e for $10My ones are Silver they dont want to make a special order .They wanted to buy from Mr Windows where they are pushing their retail business.Hope the staff has a kick back Mr windows who wants $21 each.I wanted 130 pieces Lol

After visiting a few other places who treated me rudely and seemed disinterested in my business, i walked into G James and was greeted promptly and professionally. Within minutes i was seated with Christina who quoted me not only a great price but did so in a friendly and personable manner.
