Uniting Bowden Brae Normanhurst
The Uniting retirement villages (Westmead and Bowden Brae )have gym facilty but charge residents who use it. the fee is about the same price as normal gym. It only open half day if there is not enough people sign up. No one allows to enter the gym or use the equipment when it is not open.

Dad is in the hostel/ low care. He calls it quaint" in the real meaning of the term. He is well looked after
