Very good service and staff but disappointing the store is quoting and charging more for installation than it actually takes by around one hour at $120.depending on the job.this is not only dishonest it’s illegal in Australia.

So happy with the service I received here. The fella that helped me out was called Lucas and he was very knowledgeable and helpful. I was very impressed with the effort put in to get my head unit installed and working with my sub.

Went to Autobarn 4/6/2023 and even though store says its open online, it was clearly closed. I understand this was a scheduled closure due to power line upgrades etc, but all the more reason to make sure your online presence is updated! It saves people a trip! Additionally, the sign you had up indicating it was closed was an A4 sign stuck up in the most obscure location. Make the sign larger and place out the front to make it as obvious as possible. Vehicles were attempting to drive into Autobarn which made for a traffic hazard!

Like all the big chains clean friendly and efficient always ring the big 3 because you can save a good whack sometimes they are cheaper then supercheap and somedays repco is the pick, Autobarn wins because of covered parking so you can fit brake pads without the sunburn

Friday 21/04/23Staff super helpful and friendly. Had Sam and another young guy help us. Arrived after jump-starting a flat battery in our car. Happily tested our battery in the car park and then new battery installed on the spot. The young guy who fitted the replacement was super polite and gave us lots of tips and safety info. Both team members made us feel totally comfortable and that they were happy to help.

from the time I walked in the door, I was greeted by Dylan a well manered young lady who helped me through ordering items which only took 2 days to arrive, I was promptly sent a message that items had turned up. All up a great experience well done Autobarn Lismore

Over Christmas/New Year I needed a fuse for a pool chlorinator, not many shops open, tried Autobarn. No problem, very helpful, went straight to the shelves and had exactly what I needed. Thank you.
