Awesome service, communication and a good price

Broke the fan belt tensioner on my Mercedes on Wednesday. Gary collected the car from work on a flatbed truck, had the needed parts trucked in from Melbourne, did a service and also reattached a mudflap. And had my car back for the weekend. Frankly outstanding, when I didn't have an appointment. Well done to Gary and his team.

The guy at the reception has a very good set of customer service skills.And I've taken my car there two times and have never seen an unexpected cost

great for the first few times i took the car in, however after i had a gas certification done on the car, i broke down later on the next week due to the converter having split in half almost from a crack however i was never told about it even though the issue was on there system. i would of liked to know about the crack and any minor or major issues leading towards keeping my car roadworthy however i was disappointed to break down on the way to work, take the car back to the shop and have no accountability when i mentioned that it was a bit silly that no one had informed about the issue prior to me breaking down as i had money to get serious issues fixed. over all im now fixing my car now myself and getting a rdw done at another shop. as i said i didn't have an issue with geejay or Gary until i broke down due to a part they had previously spotted to be a hazard as which i don't feel safe leaving my car that my family needs to get from a to b in the hand of them again unfortunately. if it wasn't for the previous 4 times ive been there and been met with a pleasant experience, id be giving them 1 star as that day really just broke me and we almost crashed going 100kph and i lose power, as a result i cant steer or break easily and i was on a corner. im happy to pay for quality however im not paying for the quantity of visits ill have to make back when somethings not rectified.

Gary was extremely helpful and friendly, under tray of our car had fallen off and only required a quick hoist to take it off.

My son done his year 10 work experience here, they were very helpful and made my son feel very comfortable, to the point he was excited to go to work every day. He spoke very highly of everyone there.

Had an older car which I slowly got a few things repaired on, and the guys at Gejay were always helpful and ready to answer any questions I had about the repairs. Cost of repairs are sometimes a little more than some other places, but nothing they've done has failed so far, the estimates they've given me have been accurate, and for larger repairs you can ask for a loaner vehicle so you're not out of action. Wait time for bookings is usually about 1-2 weeks, which is pretty good considering the amount of cars they seem to be working on at any time.

$1600 to fit engine which i supplied, charged me $420 for an adapter plate that had to be made up and didnt fit but I was still charged for. picked up the car and about 300 pieces, bonnet was not even bolted on just sat on there.... I could've done it myself and saved $1600. If you take your car there, then go to church and Prey

Were spot on in diagnosing my cars problems. Even though they are a little pricey they try and make sure they dont charge you for unnecessary work. Seemed like honest workers who were there to help and not fill their pockets with cash
