Really bad experience at Sonic plus canning vale site. They told me over phone, allow 1 hour for your assessment but I am here since 3 hours and still waiting to see doctor. I booked another appointment which I have to cancel now and pay 70 dollar for cancellation fee. Reception staff is just busy in talking with each other and not listening to customers carefully. Really really bad experience.Anyone booking appointment here, please allow whole day for your assessment.Will never book any other appointment with Sonic health plus.

Too much waiting time, please find other places, do not come here.Staff is also not helpful. When you ask for time they will say another 5mins and you need to wait here for hours.

Came here for a travel consultation and vaccinations. Wait wasn't too long. I had the feeling I was informed thoroughly and wasn't pushed to agree to anything. All medications and vaccines were in stock so nothing had to be ordered.

Sent there after hurting my back at work. After waiting ages to see a doctor, he examined me for all of less than 5 minutes. And insulted me, I'm an older lady but very physically fit for my age. I do lots of lifting and physical work and have done for 15 years. He said 'how much longer do you expect to be doing your job?' in a sarcastic way, implying I'm past it. Physio spent 5-10 mins with me, after which I was in agony. I later saw my own GP who said I should have had proper physio that week instead of being sent back to work on 'light duties'.Its a production line, doing what is best for the employer, and not the employee.

Probably the least prepared least functional medical centre I've ever attended for a pre employment medical on 2 occasions in has been a complete joke about 6 months ago I did a DNA here was cleared to leave then told I needed to come back as the forgot to split the sample for it to be sent away and had only completed the instant. Today I have been queuing for 30 minutes while reception is on the phone about ordering lights the que is out the door well done what a joke I can only assume you've won this contract from big mining companies because you are cheap but you know the saying you get what you pay for

Waited over a hour for a simple 5 minute D&A whilst holding my pee. Recommend potential customers add a back charge or refund term if delayed service in their POs for this place. Should have firstly checked Google reviews and looked elsewhere. The reoccurring negative feedback on timeliness and ongoing reassurance from the owner indicates greed before the patients/customer. Feel sorry for the others in the clinic there before me that were waiting even longer.

What a waste of time!!! My appointment was at 12 pm, by now I've been waiting 45min past my appointment. Asked the reception how much longer I have to wait and I've been told another 1.5hrs as my file is on the bottom of the pile. Seriously?Something seriously very wrong with the scheduler!Avoid this medical centre if you value your time... All those people are in front of me waiting for their medical to be done.
