Bennet Bike Tune

Spoke to Phil and asked for a quote to service my bike. I then sent them the service schedule to make their job easier in preparing an estimate for how much the service will cost. A couple of days later, I had not heard back from them and so give them a callback. I was told that they didn't get the time to review what I sent and they couldn't provide me with an estimate for the motorcycle service. When I asked for any sort of a timeline, I was told that they will look at it when they get around to it.I did not feel that they valued me as a customer or that they wanted my business. Unprofessional and zero punctuality. I can't recommend a business that does not care for its customers.

Great people to deal with, I am very happy with their service and communication.I recommend them as a best place to get RWC and other work for bikes.

Booked in for RWC. Super dry on the phone like I was being an inconvenience.Called up a few days earlier to see if bringing it in earlier would help him as a courtesy (I am in the trade and appreciate people working with me as I know work loads vary day to day and might have made next week easier for them), was like I was insulting him or being pushy.Cancelled booking. Hope he is better with others. Good luck.

The worst experience of my life. Made me feel like crying.I booked in a roadworthy with them and came, the guy on the phone told me they never received my booking. I required immediately help with my motorbike and they refused to help me out. I honestly felt discriminated on basis of gender. they refused to help and turned me down even though i booked a time.Will never ever come here or recommend this place to anyone.

Professional, practical, safety conscious and really nice guys to deal with. If you need a RWC, these are the guys to go to for genuine and great service. Thanks Dave and Phil.
