TLC Dry Cleaners

Atrocious alterations and they have kept my dress stating that they need more time to repair the damage they caused!!I left a beautiful Saba dress with TLC Dry Cleaners on a Monday, explaining that I needed the dress for a wedding on the Sunday. I had to return three times for fittings as the dress no longer would zip up and was completely buckled around the waistline from the firsts alteration. They told me I must have put on weight in three days and that’s why the dress no longer fit. They asked me a fourth time to fit the dress and I refused then asked for my dress back, stating that time had run out and I needed to find an alternate outfit for the wedding. They yelled and refused to give me the dress, suggesting that I’d asked to make it too small!! Yet, they did the pinning of the dress!! Horrible experience.

Stay away!!!! Dropped off a white trench coat and on pick up it was ruined...grey discolouration with grey spots.. very difficult and annoying staff. Insisted that, that was the original colour and that I brought it in that way. They offered to redo it but could not be salvaged and no taking responsibility on their part.. VERY DISAPPOINTING service.. and going by the reviews, they should not be in business!

Very pleased with the alterations made to my top. I needed the upper arm expanded as it was a little bit tight. The arm length was long and so that was neatened up for me and very delighted with the outcome.

Very disappointing experience, cannot recommend this business at all. I took a pair of my son's pants to be taken up and the zip replaced on Monday, was told they would be ready on Friday. There were signs everywhere saying 25% off zip replacements and tailoring, yet I didn't receive the discount even when I questioned it. As it was Christmas and I needed these pants repaired in time for a holiday, I let it go. My son went in to pick up the pants on Friday afternoon but they were not ready, the lady told him to come back the next day. Due to work commitments he said he would come back on Monday, yet when he went in this afternoon, they still were not repaired. Terrible service, false advertising, will never go back here

Disappointed in the service. My suit was dropped off to be dry cleaned and have a zip repaired, when I picked up the suit I didn't check that it was done (thought that if I paid for it, it would just be done), Zip wasn't fixed...Unfortunately I also forgot to remove my Bluetooth headset and some paperwork from the inner pocket of my jacket and when I picked up my suit it was missing. It was my mistake that it was left in the pocket but disappointed that it wasn't put aside for me. I got a refund for the zip repair.

dropped my peter jacksons 2 piece suit to remove oil stains. On pick up my pants were ripped on the groin area. Terrible service and owner insisted I ripped them myself. On visual inspection by the general manager, Mrs Zhang, the pants were perfect when I dropped them in, however were ripped apart on pick up. Dishonest business, stay away.

I've just come to pick up the dress I got dry cleaned ahead of the wedding I'm going to in two days and it's RUINED. No phone call ahead of the collection time I was given, no apology, NOTHING. Apparently it's a very difficult material" - silk was what they told me when I dropped it off - and I was not warned of the risk of it coming out looking like a deflated balloon. In actual fact I bought it second hand and was not too fussed on getting it dry cleaned as it was in a good state but they gave me a discount and encouraged me to leave it with them.
