Internal Wing Chun Kung Fu
I’ve been training with Phil now for more than 10 years, his skill and knowledge in Wing Chun has always impressed me and has allowed me to grow in skill and confidence. I can’t recommend Phill enough, to learn how to generate power in a surprising but realistic way, I can’t thank him enough with his time and dedication. I have used it to protect friends and I feel I’ve become a good all-round fighter, whether it’s in self defence or in the ring sparring with different styles. Thanks Phil, and to many more years of training.

Internal Wing Chun Kung Fu
I started going to Internal Kung Fu Australia many years ago and just came back recently after lockdown and thought i’d write a review because I forgot how good this place is and wanted to share my appreciation.Phil (the main teacher) is not only really good at wing chun but an excellent teacher! he's enthusiastic and easy going, the classes are fun and full of learning, i really appreciate his style.

Internal Wing Chun Kung Fu
Phil is a wonderful, knowledgeable and very patient teacher. I have been a student for the past few years and have noticed a dramatic improvement in my technique - Phil focuses on technique, rather than brute force, which really is where the beauty of wing chun lies, and he will find different analogies to help you understand how to move, and from where the energy should come. Highly recommended!

Internal Wing Chun Kung Fu
I have been practicing Wing Chun Kung Fu at Internal Wing Chun Kung Fu North Sydney for over 6 months and have thoroughly enjoyed every one of the 25 lessons I have had. Phil the instructor is highly skilled in the martial art and is a fantastic communicator and trainer. In a relatively short time, I have learnt many practical skills that involve using my body and mind to achieve various defensive and attacking moves" that deliver outcomes more superior than physical strength alone can deliver. I practice in a mixed group of 6-8 people
