Left Adelaide with a freezer full of their original sausages, chevas and scotch fillets. Have run out after 4000 kms of caravanning. Need a bigger freezer in the van! Just so happens we are in Harvey WA were the beef is pretty good.

One of the best butchers around. The meat always tastes better and seems fresher than supermarket meat.They also do their own butchering I think. I came here for beef heart, after striking out in every meat place in the central market, and it was a non-issue with Cimarosti.

Called up trying to get some ribs for a big bbq for Australia Day. Was given really good advice on how much I needed for how many people, and how long to cook the ribs for and if I had a bbq/Webber.The shop itself was larger than I thought with a great selection of meats available. You can see the butchers working off to the side preparing the meat. Staff and Owner very helpful, friendly and provide great service.

Good old fashion service, and hands down the best fritz in Australia. The quality of the meat is amazing and everything is prepared on site not cryovaced. The among of awards these guys have won for their small goods don't even fit on the wall.
