Cheryl and Ian are the most professional, passionate, and honest real estate agents I have met! They go far beyond what most agents will do to sell a property while also taking care of the buyer. We asked them to appraise my mother's home. Cheryl responded immediately and was at Mum's the next day. She compiled a very comprehensive report on what we could expect to sell the property for, citing statistics on the current market. Both Cheryl and Ian are respectful and kind. They give real estate agents a GREAT name!

Cheryl was extremely helpful throughout the entire transaction. After viewing our property for the first time, she recommended a plan which we agreed to. Must have been the correct one as we sold within 5 days. She was heavily involved in the set up for the photo shoot, and the presentation for inspections. I know she worked day and night to get the contract and since to meet everyone's demands.
