As someone who doesn’t really enjoy working out, I have to say I really love it here. The staff are genuinely friendly and good people who want to help, the music really gets you going and time passes really quick. As someone only just getting back into fitness, I love that I don’t feel unfit here, I’m keeping up because I can choose my weights and work my way up. It’s just a great place all round and I’m quickly getting fit again which I love.

Great place to train. Energy in this joint is pumping. Trainers keep well on top of all members, making sure techniques are correct. I walk out of there on a high after every session. If you’re looking for a great structured workout, with the ability to do it at your own level and pace, then give F45 Essendon a crack. You won’t be disappointed.

Love this place ….! Harry and his team are awesome. You’re feeling so strong and supported at each session. After a rough day and a 1.5 hour drive home from work - this is my happy place. I’ve come back after 2 years and can already see and feel the changes. Always leave laughing too! Thank you F45 Essendon … great to be back….

Trained here with Essendon F45 while I was on a short 3 week stay. Fantastic F45. Even better coaches. I was welcomed and felt part of the team instantly. Met some great people while training. Ania was very helpful in getting me up and running. Highly recommend

I joined F45 Essendon 2 weeks ago now and love coming every morning. Harry and his team of awesome coaches have made me feel so welcome and never fail to get your energy going and pump you up throughout the workout. You can tell they really care about their community as everyone gets greeted by name when they walk in. Space is big and clean never feels crowded no matter how many of us are there. Coaches are super friendly and helpful - always checking in during the workout to make sure you’re doing it right and giving it your best. Love it here definitely recommend!
