I had to share my experience with Book An Artist, as it was so positive, fun and rewarding on all levels. Being able to look through the artist portfolio's without any time pressure was key to finding the right style for me. Then once I got in touch with Pauly, absolutely all communications was professional. I would not hesitate in doing it again or recommending it to anyone that wanted to support local artists and having something uniquely tailored to their needs.

I am an artist and have been a member for a while. They are very controlling and won't even let artists communicate privately with potential customers. Everything an artist does with potential customers has to go through BAA or they suspend or cancel your account. They also take 20% of any fees you receive which is fair enough, but they don't let potential commissioners know and so when we tell a potential customer we add the 20% to our fee, the customer usually loses interest.

Sky did a great job at our place. The site was within a fairly tight area and we had specific requests. He managed it all, talked us through it and made the whole experience great.Also made our courtyard great!
