Upmarket shop and bike dealer.Good place to get work done if you have the cash, but they’re pricier than most shops. If you’re doing work yourself steer clear, they’ll charge you ten dollars for a cable if you let them.

Cannot speak more highly of NFC even if I tried. I developed a large creaking sound around my headset while riding to work on my ebike. NFC was the first shop I saw while getting off the track so I popped in and with a couple of adjustments the owner fixed it for me with no charge. Will definitely visit again when it comes time to upgrading. Can't thank them enough. Customer service is A1 here. Thanks again!

Luke was amazing. I had another bike shop stuff up my service and breaks. Luke fixed up my breaks, fitted a new cassette and chain all last minute. They really know their stuff. Would highly recommend. I know I’ll be back.

I don't often write reviews but I received such great service here that I have to let everyone know that this is the best bike store I've experienced so far in Melbourne. Super friendly and helpful staff who are happy to chat and answer questions. I got an excellent bike service and a bike fit to make sure I was set up comfortably and efficiently. I'm so happy to have discovered my new best Local Bike Shop.

Luke and Hugh are brilliant mechanics. They don’t just build bikes up like a lot of shops. There’s a deep understanding of what works with what and what doesn’t. They’re fast and friendly and the cost was always way cheaper than expected.I was building a custom bike from scratch at home. But they gave away so much of their time to help me get it right, it was embarrassing. And I’ve felt nothing but welcomed every time I stepped through the door. Which was a lot.There are a heap of quite good bike shops out there. But there really aren’t many like this. I can’t recommend them highly enough.

Brilliant. Called to get two bikes serviced. Talked me through simple process on phone. Booked in. Drop off seamless, checked bikes quickly and identified what needed doing. Asked if I had issues with the bikes, I did. They made notes. Serviced on time, picked up. Walked me through what I needed to know. Excellent service, excellent customer service. Cannot recommend enough.
