At the start service was great. once they took my money it all went downhill. They had to come back three time for installation. Three weeks later my estate agent advised that three rooms did not have blinds. Carol the sales rep was uncontactable. spoke to Mark the owner didn't know why the three curtains were missing" said he would investigate it that was the last l heard of it. In the end l had to get someone to finish the job. very unprofessional
