Did an online order through their website. Order was accepted and Payment was taken. When we turned up to collect, they said they don't accept our order. No refund. No food. They said not their problem?? We had proof of purchase and they didn't care. Don't go here. Worst service. And they will not honour their website orders.

The woman who owns the place/works at counter is a bit rude. Went in on a cold rainy night to get takeaway after work & because I didn't have cash I had to go walking down 2 blocks to withdraw from the atm. She didn't give me an option to pay a surcharge to use card instead. On the walk, I read another google review with this same feedback, hmm! Think they don't have to pay tax that way.

The lady will take your order down repeat it back to you exactly how you said and then give you the wrong meal and then tell you that that’s not what you ordered and then make you pay more.I also wouldn’t touch their salads if you don’t want food poisoning. I’ve seen hair in their salads and I’ve also seen her give someone the wrong salad in a lunch pack, then scrape it off the chips and chicken back into the salad bar

Honestly the woman who works there is so rude and unwelcoming, I won’t go back there. Been there a few times as I don’t live far but she never greets you nicely, doesn’t smile, always asks for cash and then when you don’t have it she begrudgingly accepts your card.When I ask for extra chicken salt on my chips she never puts much on and the chicken is quite dry too. I don’t rate their salad options either.Have given enough chances as I enjoy supporting local business but if customers aren’t getting good customer service, expect them to go else where and that’s what I’m doing

First time at this chook shop and it's by far the best 1/4 roasted chicken, chips & salad with a can of soft drink at $12. Chicken is aromatic, chips are crispy & salad is very fresh! Fantastic food at great price!
