I love everything about this Pilates studio! The classes are brilliant, the instructors are knowlegable and make you feel part of the community. I always look forward to my next class for a great workout and a laugh.

If you are looking for legit Barre classes, Hayley is your woman. Her passion and knowledge comes through in her classes. It's definitely a full body work out with a smile on your face ( she makes sure to keep it fun). I also attended her Mobility and Stretch Classes and I have to confess that they were painful but the end result was a fully relaxed and invigorated body.I highly recommend this studio.

Love this studio! It has been great during my pregnancy! Hayley was able to make any class suitable for all stages of my pregnancy and I can't wait to go back during postpartum.
