Antonia was the most amazing bar tender. I had to ask her name and do a reviewShe went above and beyond and made our visit here 10/10We will 100% be back(Hopefully she is on shift)

Came here for a hens lunch, place looks better in photos then in person. We had a group booking, half the group ordered on the web order then when the rest went to order the whole menu except for pizzas were suddenly unavailable, when asked we were told the kitchen was closing from 3-5.30pm it was only 2.50pm when we ordered. Limited options for food intolerances and no option to order anything non alcoholic from the web order. Staff were dressed in very tight short dresses definitely not professional for lunch service. Manager seemed more interested in flirting with his staff then looking after customers.Also the toilets are disgusting one had a broken lock and there was writing all over the walls. Looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in a few days

This venue doesn't know the difference between gluten free and gluten free option. The menu needs to be updated. When I tried to educate the staff on this, they told me it was my fault for not asking for a gluten free option, despite the menu saying the food was gluten free.This didn't just ruin my night, but proved to me that Tropic Vice has unknowingly ruined countless others as well.

such an amazing venue. Katherine was such an amazing server, so friendly and an amazing person. she checked on us constantly and always had a smile on her face! so grateful to host my birthday here! highly recommend!

Being here for mothers day with a bottomless lunch... Just wow.Full service for over 2 hours of good food and drink, made my day.Thank you to all staff. We'll be back.

Thanks Tropic Vice staff for going above and beyond to help make a special birthday celebration for my daughter a night to remember !! An initial booking hiccup was quickly overcome by Lee's can do attitude and professional customer service. Josh also stepped up and did a great job under difficult circumstances and was supported well by the rest of the staff. Great night, thanks to all involved, much appreciated.

Food was amazing . We seemed to be a little confused with the menu as there was a glitch with the system but Luca the manager was amazing. Honoured our order. Not only that he sat with us and explained the glitch and listened to our point of view. This made it an amazing evening. The food was fresh and delicious. Customer service was absolutely fabulous. I would definitely recommend this hidden gem because tasty food, great customer service and atmosphere was 10/10

It's very difficult to find a spot that has great drinks, delicious shareable food and is a fun enough vibe to stay for the night - This place ticked all the boxes! Fun music, a great rooftop setting and menu full of great options. I absolutely LOVED the fish tacos and the Patacones - so much flavour and great meal sizes!
