Just had a 40 000 km service on my 2012 Kawasaki Z1000. Friendly, informative and efficient service on the desk from Scott and my bike is running beautifully again, so credit to the service mechanics too.I was happy with the price and also the head’s up about what I need to address at my next service. Many thanks and highly recommended.

Was told free delivery prior to purchase. After paying was told there was a delivery fee and the fee wasnt voided on the 2023 models. After signing contracts have realised they sold me a 2022 model rather then a 2023 as promised.

The service at Kawasaki Bowen Hills is outstanding. I was served by Nick in the new bike section and was treated with friendliness, respect and prompt service. The team in the accessories department were also outstanding. Willing to assist in every way possible. I would highly recommend this bike shop to other riders.100 out of 100 score from me.

Recently financed a new bike from Kawasaki in Bowen Hills and the service I recieved was just outstanding. Darryl and Josh were both on the ball the entire time and sorted pretty much everything in a short time making me able to collect my bike quickly to ride off into the sunset. Cheers guys, you're a pair of legends!

I bought a used bike which had an issue within the warranty period (it is an 11 year old bike).Nick said it will be repaired under warranty - they ordered the parts and true to thier word after the parts arrived the bike was fixed and running real smooth.I dealt with Nick from point of sale, though to the end of the repair stage.He responded to my emails and calls professionally and courteously.The friendly fella (forgot his name) in the gear section helped me select the free gear from the month of march promotion.Can't expect expect much more than the service I experienced.Thanks

Absolutely could not fault these guys one bit. My partner and I went in for our first bikes knowing absolutely nothing. Kenny wasn't pushy and was so helpful and gave us heaps of information about bikes and sourced my bike from another dealer for me. Richard was fantastic with getting our insurance sorted. Tara got us awesome deals on all our gear and Simon has been so helpful with every maintenance and service question we have. They took us on group rides and escorted us home after we got our licence so we got to build up time in the seat. They have been fantastic through every step and we'll definitely be dealing with these guys for any future bikes.

Definitely zero stars for this place. I ordered a simple break pad for my Kawasaki and it took 22 days to arrive. First they said a maximum 1 week to arrive, after the second week I started to call almost everyday and nobody called me back. Today was the last day that they promised to call me to give some update and they didn’t, so I went there and my order was there on the floor. They didn’t order the brand I bought and gave me another brand for a different price. When I asked to receive the difference in the price, first they said there wasn’t any, but after I insisted to receive it they offered a kind of credit for my next purchase and I said no. I’ll never buy there again for the disrespect they showed me and unfortunately the same person responsible for the parts is the manager, so I couldn’t really express how bad the situation was waiting for 22 days for a simple break.
