I would like to publicly thank Liam Dutton for all his help with a recent warranty claim. I was having trouble initially getting a claim reviewed under warranty.After speaking with Liam, the Service manager, I was immediately impressed.He was extremely helpful and made the process easy. I have had my faith restored in the car industry and hyundai.Thank you Liam.

Took my car in to get a service, as well as getting them to have a look at an issue with my car not getting into gear properly and having the Malfunction Indicator Lamp light appear briefly. Was able to drive my car in, running normal as took care with making sure that I didn’t accelerate too fast as this was making the car feel like it was slipping gears and staying at high rev. Picked up the car, started it and the malfunction light was on permanently and the car was running as rough as guts. Went into the dealership and told them and was advised “this is normal” and that they would order in a coil and I could go back in a week or two to get it replaced. Managed to drive home but had to call a mechanic to come and have a look at it because there was no way I was going to drive it, especially up the steep incline of our basement carpark. My dad had to drive to North Lakes Hyundai to get 4 new coils and spark plugs, and the mechanic who luckily lived in our building, swapped everything over and it was back to normal. He was amazed that Sunco would let me drive home with the second coil misfiring. I just got off the phone with the girl from Sunco who had called to enquire as to why I missed the appointment and I told her my story and all she could say was oh sorry about that. Not good enough. I told her I would never return to that dealership. I can’t believe that they let me leave with the car shaking the way it did and think I was lucky to not have blown something under the bonnet. The manual even states that if the MIL illuminates, potential catalytic converter damage is possible which could result in loss of engine power. I questioned this when I picked the car up and was told that was worst case scenario and they were happy for me to drive it home. I also had a follow up call from their marketing department the day after the service, I relayed the entire situation to her and she said she would pass on the information to the Service Centre Manager and I told her that they could phone my dad to talk about it. He never received a call.

Bought a Hybrid Venue Elite today, very happy with all staffs, all cheerful and well manners. Also a big cheer to Rhein Robson, a lovely well manner young man.

Huge thanks to Adam for sorting out a repair for my car. Was a challenge trying to have other people and dealerships get it repaired for me, but Adam was onto it! Really appreciate it, Thanks again!

I bought a car 6 months ago and the salesman Brett kept fooling me with the deadline .Was very disappointed. Don't like being lied to.

So disappointed. We have bought two cars through here as a family with great service before. Looking to buy a $60k car, and salesperson couldn't even be bothered to introduce himself, straight to the bottom line, no interest in what else I would like. Pathetic trade in, really not interested. So I walked out and bought it somewhere else.

I bought my Hyundai i30 Active through Geoff from Sunco Hyundai at the end of 2015. Being my first brand new car, Sunco Hyundai provided me with an affordable and great quality deal, and it hasn't stopped there! Every time I get it serviced, 12-months worth of roadside assistance is included at no cost and no fiddling with paperwork from my end. I'll definitely be looking at getting my next car at Sunco Hyundai, too!

Told our service was free when booking it on the phone. But then dropping it of was told it was to cost us $249.00. Get your act together. Was very disappointed and took car back home. Don't like being lied to.

All I needed was a sense tool put on my car was told have to book it in and would cost $165. Bloody ridiculous only a 10 minute job and you mob would have charged me and hour for labour. What a joke.Won't be recommending you to any of my friends and family

Last weekend I purchased a quality used 2016 Holden from their used car section Maroochydore Hyundai and at no point was told it was damaged. I discovered and pointed out damage and was told it would be touched up. RH front guard scratched up and a big ring of paint missing off roof. If i knew up front I could have offered a price on the the condition. When I brought it to their attention the manager from Hyundai informed me in his own words, tuff luck and offered me a refund when I went to pick up. Mind you I drove 100km to pick it up. $935 is the repair bill to me. I was already committed, so get it all in writing otherwise you too could be up for a repair bill with dealing with these people. Don't take their word, I'm getting too trustworthy with a smile from a crocodile
