Remediator assisted in a substantial refund that on my own would probably have never completed. The No-win No-pay option is great and the fee of 10% is definitely worth it. I am very happy with the service they provide. The staff are very helpful and lovely to talk to.

Took my details around 3 weeks ago and I signed an authorisation form for them to follow up and check my eligibility. They said they will come back to me in a couple of days. Haven't heard from them since. I emailed them multiple times and they didn't even bother to reply. Best to look elsewhere.

I never thought in a million years I'd see anything refunded and at one stage I even forgot that I appointed Remediator to try and get a refund.Out of the blue a phone call came through nearly 2 years later with news of 41k refund.Absolutely made my decade.Thanks so much Remediator

Beware of this company. After I left my number in their website, I got a call and then they send me a authorization form. Before filling the form I asked them if this is going to affect anything on future and their answer was no it won't. I asked them to send me an email saying it is not going to affect me in future. Then they vanished. No reply at all. I send them email twice but didn't hear back anything. This simply means that something is behind. Don't dive for few hundred dollars which will affect your future.

With a grateful heart, I thank Jordan Gibbs from Remediator. I was able to secure two refunds where we were sold junk insurance from previous car loans. It wasn’t a given that we would receive a refund - however it didn’t cost anything to go through the process and try. We are So so grateful, it’s money we didn’t have and they fought for us to get the refunds that we shouldn’t have been charged in the first instance. Thank you Jordan and thank you Remediator it was definitely worth the fee charged.

I thought it was too good to be true for a little while. I recently reviewed around $2800 for a loan I had aver 10 years ago. I still have 2 more loans being investigated. With a bit of luck I should get a refund on them too. I highly recommend. Don't let the banks get away with stealing your money.
