Blake was amazing ! So knowledgeable, professional ,on time ,professional ,couteous,fabulous follow through , passionate about organic gardening in every sense of the word ! We now have the most amazing raised garden beds , with brilliant irrigation and vegetables that are literally growing before our eyes .Harvested our first crop only 3 weeks into planting and it was magnificent .Couldn't recommend Blake highly enough .Thank you !

I was looking for someone to help me set up a veggie garden. I am new to the Sunshine Coast and needed help in understanding the seasons for growing veggies up here. I was introduced to Blake from Akuna Veggie Gardens and was immediately convinced he was the right choice. Since setting up my veggie garden, he has been coming once a week for the last 10 weeks looking after and adding seedlings and has transformed my little veggie patch to a full veggie garden.I have full faith in Blake and can't wait to reap the fruits from our garden.Thanks to all at Akuna.....

Blake from Akuna Veggie Gardens is extremely knowledgeable and set up a wonderful garden for our family. He provided lots of helpful information so we could decide what we wanted to grow. Blake was always on time, professional and friendly and our garden looks superb. We love eating all the wonderful veggies, herbs and fruits from our new garden and it's taken the stress out of managing it. Blake also uses organic methods so no pesticides are used. Blake is AMAZING! I have wanted a 'garden coach' for SO long and not been able to find anyone - Blake is fabulous! Knowledgable, professional, funny, kind and patient! All of which i needed! LOL Seriously, if you want veggie garden beds made and maintained or build your own and be coached on how to do it brilliantly call Blake. It's a unique service and he is ALL organic with his pest control which I love. I can't recommend him highly enough!

Blake and his team reshaped our large vegetable garden and planted a fruit tree orchard. Our vegie garden was two long, low beds and difficult to maintain. Blake transformed it into 10 hip-high individual beds. He and his team then used hugelkultur (look it up) to fill the beds and planted all the yummie veg we love to eat, both for now and for future months. There are flowers to attract the pollinators. At our request, they also put down artificial turf between the beds to suppress weeds.It all looks lovely.There is also an automatic watering system, both in the veg gardens and the orchard.In the meantime, Dominique visits every week to keep an eye on things and share her knowledge. Through all this, we are learning how to maintain it all ourselves and plant through the seasons.Akuna's organic, mindful philosophy is in line with ours. It's a pleasure working with them.

Amazing service by a total professional. My Veggie garden has never looked so good and now all thanks to Blake and his team at Akuna Veg I am finally properly well informed and able to reap all the delicious natural benefits of a job and patch done right…Thanks a bunch guys!

5*s aren’t enough to commend Blake and his team for their work on helping us live off our land. We had just purchased 3.5 acres when I saw Blake’s Facebook ad. What happened next is phenomenal. Blake was very efficient in understanding what my partner and I wanted to do with our property. Before accepting the proposal, and with high costs of veggies at the supermarket, we did a bit of cost analysis and realized just how much we would save by having our veggies. But with long work hours we simply don’t have the time to do it properly. So, Blake’s proposal was perfect. They built our veggie garden, including putting in an automatic irrigation system which is connected to our house. Then, Blake introduced us to our weekly gardener Dom. She is awesome. She has tended our garden with such care, including our fruit trees which were pre-established. We now also sell some excess fruit through the Akuna Veggie family, which has been great - seeing there’s more than we could eat, and it would have gone to waste. So again…the service is awesome. I can’t recommend it enough.

I can highly recommend Akuna Veggie Gardens.I can't thank Blake enough for setting up and maintaining my wonderful veggie garden. It is such a treat to eat fresh veggies and herbs straight from the garden. Apart from saving me money it's good for my health as no pesticides are used on the garden. Blake is a mine of information about plants and very easy to deal with. So glad I came across Akuna Veggie Gardens.
