Services are mostly handled professionally and by procedure. I highly recommend safe 'n' sound self storage, East Maitland, to locals needing to store their excess belongings. Also new storage units are coming soon.

My grandfather has a storage unit here and I have personally been in contact with staff and managers there due the the fact that my grandfather had a heart attack and has been in hospital, yet the way the going trying to get their money for the unit is absolutely ridiculous, they call his phone sometimes twice a day and then started to send my mother letters with her name as she was an alternative contact, yet now they have issued a bill in her name without her signing anything and addressing it to her and calling her non stop. I will pay the bill myself now stop them harassing other family members due to their inability to have compassion or actually care about their customers. I would not recommend storing your good here due to the harassment with daily emails, calls and letters.

Getting my storage here was easy as. Very happy with the service and facility.

I am extremely impressed. The facility manager took all the time needed to explain every aspect of renting a storage unit. The unit is spotlessly clean, dry and secure. Everything has been thought of. The manager communicated by phone and email every step of the way. Being able to buy storage supplies at good prices on-site also made the process easier. I highly recommend them.

I have used other SafenSound places over the past few years, this new one impresses even more. Cant believe how user friendly it is. Thanks guys.

The staff are wonderful, helpful and polite. The storage unit is scrupulously clean, in fact the whole premises is clearly maintained to a very high standard. It is state of the art and you can buy packing materials and things such as lounge and mattress covers, which came in very handy indeed. The cost is affordable and I feel confident that I can leave my furniture and personal items there without having to worry about its security at all. I can access my unit 7 days per week should I need to. Many thanks to the East Maitland facility.
