Staffs were courteous and friendly however still found it taking too long (around twenty minutes), especially for something that doesn't require prescription. Understand there's probably SOPs behind giving out medications but missing the train to work isn't fun after.

I love this chemist.The staff are very helpful. A chemist name Ambrose goes out of his way to help me His young workers make see I get my medication fastThis chemist sells everything so we can enjoy buying all sorts All the ladies on the floor are so helpful Since meeting Ambrose I have only get my medication from his shop. He is always busy. He will match the prices from most chemist.Their friendship and kindness make me willing to travel further then the chemists near my houseThank you Ambrose for making me feel at home

The staff here are really lovely. The ladies on the front counter are always happy to chat if there is time. The pharmacy staff are professional, polite and they will answer any questions patiently. If they are busier than usual they make sure to let you know when you drop your script in. I often pop over to Woolies too get any bits I may need there and then pop back to collect my prescription.My go too Pharmacy near home.

All I wanted to do is get some documents certified, something I do for other people about 30 times a year. If you dont want to certify anything, just be honest and say that, rather than saying (patronizingly) 'we're really busy at the moment' (when you have a total of 1 customer in the whole place). Anyway, I (who used to shop there about once a month for prescriptions, masks, supplements) and nobody else from my friends and family will ever go there again, so no more problems!. Just put up a sign at the front saying 'we dont certify anything so go away'.
