We’ve been a part of the Sefton physie family for 3 years now, and absolutely love it! Not only do the girls learn to dance, they learn body positivity, they build self esteem, and the importance of friendship… I could not recommend any sports club higher!

My daughter has been at Sefton for two years now. Her favourite days of the week are physie days when she gets to see her teachers and the many new friends she has made at the club. I’m so grateful for the confidence and happiness the teachers have built for my daughter with their patience and kindness.

My girls have been a part of the Sefton Physie family for almost 2 years now and we are all so pleased. They honestly make you feel like part of the family, warm, caring and encouraging. My girls are always excited and happy to go to a physie class and come home tired but smiling.

My daughter loves Sefton Physie; she is growing up with Sefton Physie. Teachers and instructors here are fantastic, enthusiastic and friendly. My daughter can do, so your daughter/s, girls can do.I highly recommend this club.

I’ve been apart of Sefton Physie for 15+ years and all I can say is that I wouldn’t want to be apart of anything else while growing up. This isn’t just another Physie club but it’s a family.. helping each other grow not only in team work but in confidence!!

This is my daughter's 3rd year a part of this amazing club and it was the best decision we ever made! It's the best community to be involved in. The teachers are very professional and passionate; but at the same time so nuturing and loving towards our daughters. They love what they do and it reflects through our girls! The atmosphere is awesome and my daughter is the happiest when she is doing her Physie! Highly recommended for any girl who loves to dance. ♥️
